At Deluxe Home our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in South Africa and outside the borders of South Africa. We ensure that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery in Gauteng takes from 2 — 4 business days and from 3 — 9 business days for other provinces in South Africa.

(shipping cost within Gauteng is R100 and other provinces R150)

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
